Description
The County of Sonoma (County) intends to enter into agreements with qualified firms in preparation for natural disasters or other debris-generating events. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a contractor to provide disaster management, debris monitoring, and support services in preparation to assist the County with disaster recovery operations including monitoring the operations of the disaster debris removal and disposal companies, and applicable reimbursement and financial recovery services for eligible projects. The scope of services is not specific to Federally declared disasters and may be utilized to support the Countys efforts in response to local or regional events that may not meet Federal funding thresholds. The County of Sonoma (County) intends to enter into agreements with multiple qualified firms. This RFP applies to Sonoma County and the unincorporated areas
