Description
New Pool and New Pool Building: The Project includes but is not limited to, the construction of: A new 40-yard by 25-yard swimming pool; a new 30-foot by 66-foot pool building constructed of CMU blocks with metal deck over wide flange beam roof; and related improvements to comply with ADA path of travel requirements. Front Rejuvenation: Rejuvenation of the Front Quad area to include but not limited to demolition of the existing concrete and asphalt, tree removal to add new outdoor seating areas, utility connections, stamped, vehicular and pedestrian concrete, install of District-provided marquee sign, landscaping and irrigation. If the District issues a Notice to Proceed for construction of the Project on or before July 24, 2023, then Contractor shall complete the Project no later than March 31, 2024. Deadline for questions is June 21, 2023 by 2:00pm. Prequalification required.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
