Description
New Construction: The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The project consist of an approximately 23,000 s.f. new Allied Health building with Nursing and EMT programs, classrooms, offices and support spaces. The building construction type is a Type V-B and will have fire sprinklers throughout the building. Questions regarding interpretation of
drawings and Specifications shall be clarified by the Architect in writing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
