Description
Description: The project consists of complete installation of a new arbor, but is not limited to dirt removal, cement laying, construction of a new arbor, and other associated work to complete the project. Furnish all labor and materials to perform all work on the areas indicated on the project drawings, including Exhibit E, the project design documents. The Contractor shall diligently prosecute the work to completion before the expiration of ninety (90) calendar days from the date established in the Notice to Proceed. In the event the Contractor fails to begin work within the days specified under beginning of work, the number of days allowed for completion of the work will be measured from the day of said beginning period regardless of the actual date work is begun.
