The District plans to construct the work, which is a District, on a District-owned site located at 424 N. Lovers Lane, in Visalia, Tulare County, California, and the District is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Work. The Scope of Work is the construction of Tenant Improvement on an approximately 7.67-acre District-owned site located at 424 N. Lovers Lane in Visalia, Tulare County, California. The Project will include approximately 35,481 square feet of buildings. It is anticipated that construction will start on or about November 27, 2023. The Work must be by May 31, 2024.
