Description
The work to be performed is for the demo for an existing relocatable and the installation of a new 36X40 HCD approved modular office building. The building will include three offices, an ergonomics lab, and a conference room. The work to be performed will include grading, underground electrical and construction of a concrete curb with crawl space ventilation, necessary for the modular building to be placed on. DBE participation.
