Construction of improvements consisting of a new 400 gallon per minute (GPM) water well pump, granular activated carbon (GAC) treatment units, 8.000 gallon hydro-pneumatic tank, 45,000 gallon above-ground storage tank, pipe and pipelines, valves, appurtenances, connections, District-approved generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) installation and testing, electrical equipment and wiring, concrete, foundations and site surfacing at its Front Street Well site.
