Description
Seeking all SBE, WOSB, SDB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone (Subcontractors): Electrical, Reinforcing Steel , Structural Steel (Door), Landscape, Trucking, Survey, Waterproofing, Pre-fabricated Metal Building, Fire Protection, Crane, Commissioning, Structure Steel (Canopy), Ventilation/ HVAC ,Painting/Coating, Quality Control, Electronic Security System, Railing & Fencing, Shotcrete, Deck Shoring, Shotcrete, Building Plumbing, Building Insulation, Building Security, FF&E, Barging, Crane (Supplier)- Aggregates, Waterworks, Geotextile, Misc. Metal, Precast MH, Septic Tank work. Scope of Work: This is a Design-Bid-Build project. The high explosives magazine (HEM) will be a site-adapt earth-covered (with shotcrete cover) facility using a preapproved Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity design. The facility will be a Type D reinforced concrete earth-covered unbarricaded missile magazine (without loading lock), approximately 9,600 square feet, and capable of storing up to eight GQM-163A All-Up-Rounds on their approved carts. Site improvements include access road, electrical power, lighting, and lightning protection. Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, Insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance.
