Description
The scope of work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material to strip, prep, prime and paint locations identified per drawings and specifications. The contractor shall perform patch and paint works such as repair the damaged wall surfaces. This work involves repairs and painting of all identified surfaces. Practice standard recommendations in regard to preparation of surfaces to receive paint and application of paint itself. Wet Paint Warning - Place notices and do not remove until paint is dry. Finish - Ensure each coat of paint is uniform in color, gloss, thickness, and texture and free of runs, sags, blisters, visible roller marks, or other discontinuities. Allow each coat to harden for the drying time (or time between coats) recommended by the manufacturer. DVBE goal of 3%. 48 consecutive calendar days to complete work. Questions to Owner via email by 5:00pm, Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid. Emails shall use “OSD 2023 Painting Project RFI” in the subject line.
