Description
The work shall include all labor materials and equipment necessary to prepare the site work and assist with installation of a pre-built modular restroom building. The City has already purchased the building from the Public Restroom Company (PRC). Site work includes site prep, grading, utility connections, structural foundations, flatwork, and landscaping. In addition, Add Alternate 1 includes an existing parking lot is to be modified to add accessible parking stalls, and to repair an existing bike path, all in accordance with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Davis Standard Specifications 2026 Edition, General Prevailing Wage Rate, Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates, and the Contact Documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable local and state laws and regulations
