The contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor to properly prepare surface, apply primer, and apply two coats of specified paint to the interior walls, ceilings, trim, and doors (both sides). Painting will include walls and ceilings for 21 classrooms, 4 restrooms, and 4 interior corridors with approximately 28,500 sq. ft. of floor space located at 808 Gray Avenue, Yuba City, CA 95991.
