Facility Services Center Replacement, Alamosa, CO

The Facilities Services Center Replacement project is a new construction 33,000 sq ft facility that will house the primary maintenance functions for the Institution. The departments and services housed in this facility will include: structural trades, grounds, custodial, motor pool, working shops, meeting spaces, general warehouse, administrative offices, and exterior working yard including vehicle parking. This new construction replaces an existing Facility Services Building which will remain operable until the new construction has been completed.
