Description

The work generally consists of construction and integration of improvements to the existing LTCWRF AWT facilities, including but not limited to: Miscellaneous demolition. Installation of new AWT filtration systems. Modifications and upgrades to existing AWT filtration systems. Installation of new process pumps, piping, valves, and appurtenances. Installation of a new tertiary effluent pump and appurtenances. Structural modifications to existing treatment facilities as required. Installation and integration of instrumentation and controls (I&C) including PLC replacement and programming and SCADA integration. Electrical improvements including motor controls, power distribution, and associated equipment. Modifications to existing chemical feed, backwash, and process support systems as required. Minor HVAC improvements. Testing, startup, commissioning, and operator training.
