Description
he City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from Design Teams to provide Architectural and Engineering Professional Design Services for the renovation of and addition to the Red Rocks Backstage building located at 18300 W. Alameda Parkway, Morrison, CO 80465. The project includes an addition to the south side of the existing backstage building being remodeled, to house dressing rooms, dining room, a kitchen, offices, and back of house space. All of which will address current ADA issues, improve performer experience, provide direct stage level access, and make arrival and loading more efficient. Construction will likely be phased with the construction delivery method to be Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), pending approvals.
