Description

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the site improvements of an existing CDOT Mobility Hub in Fort Collins, CO. The bus stop and routes will stay open throughout the duration of the project; The Contractor shall work with the owner to minimize the closure of the parking area and shuttle pick up/drop off areas. The project shall include installing new ADA compliant ramps and detectable warning surfaces, restriping the existing parking lot, shuttle zones, bus drive and entries, cleaning out existing curb cuts, and removing and replacing broken sections of curb and gutter as required. The project shall also include asphalt paving in low spots and broken up areas, as well as adding and removing signs as called out in the drawings and specifications. Additional alternates shall be added to the project as budget allows, including milling and overlay of additional asphalt, and hot asphalt crack sealing.
