Description
The City of Manitou Springs is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide street striping, pavement marking, marking removal, and related traffic control services on City streets, parking areas, intersections, pedestrian crossings, and other City-controlled facilities.
The intent of this RFP is to select a qualified contractor capable of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, traffic control, quality control, and incidentals necessary to complete pavement marking work as directed by the City. Work may be performed as an annual maintenance project, under individual work orders, or on an as-needed basis during the contract term.
The successful company shall coordinate closely with the Citys Project Manager and City staff to complete the work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable standards, including the current edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), applicable Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) specifications where relevant, manufacturer requirements, and City direction
