Description

El Paso County is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced, professional Consultants to furnish all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for professional services for the Bear Creek Maintenance Shop Remodel. The El Paso County Parks Department has identified a significant need within the Bear Creek Park Maintenance Building to expand office space and accommodate ADA requirements due to personnel changes and new full-time employee (FTE) hires. Addressing these needs is essential to supporting continued departmental growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality service to County residents. In addition to improving functionality and accessibility, the project will enhance the overall appearance, safety, and performance of the facility. Existing flooring surfaces present maintenance challenges and potential trip hazards; therefore, the installation of durable commercial-grade flooring and related interior finishes will provide improved longevity, ease of maintenance, and a modernized work environment. To support these objectives, the County intends to complete a comprehensive remodel of the Bear Creek Maintenance Facility.
