Description
Wastewater lagoon liner 1 replacement. Relocate aerators from lagoon 1 to lagoon 2. Dewater Sludge, remove sludge, remove curtains, remove liner, remove contaminated soil, replace removed soil and compact to grade, install degas system, install new liner, install new curtain, relocate aerators back into lagoon 1.
