Description
The Town of Grand Lake, Colorado (the "Town" or "Owner") is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified, experienced general contractors for construction of the Grand Lake Stormwater Plan (Project No. 2026001054). The Project consists of constructing approximately 368 linear feet of riprap drainage swale, two bioretention water-quality facilities (B-1 and B-3), associated ditch and outfall improvements, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts, a precast grated catch basin, void-filled riprap armoring, erosion control, riparian and upland seeding, and bioretention plantings within the Town of Grand Lake, Grand County, Colorado.
