Western would like to remove and dispose of all concrete tiles on the UC roof and repair or replace any damaged OSB roof decking. All existing standing seam metal to remain in place. Next, proper installation of self-adhering underlayment aka ice and water shield in all areas where the concrete tiles were removed. Finally, installation of terra cotta colored standing seam metal roof with 16 pan width and single bar snow retention system for all eaves. Attached are drawings from construction in 2009 including roof details and elevations
