The goal of the City, through this RFP, is to contract with a licensed security firm to provide consistent, reliable, professional uniformed security services for the Edgewater Municipal Court (the Court). In consultation with the Court, the selected vendor will establish security protocols and standard operating procedures to protect the Court, its immediate surrounding environment and all users of and visitors to the Court on days that Court is in session.

The purpose of the Stormwater Master Plan (SMP) study is to identify areas of localized flood risk in urban settings across Lakewood and present future drainage infrastructure and capital improvement concepts to mitigate flood risk and convey stormwater runoff in accordance with the Citys drainage criteria. The goals of the SMP include: Identify high level infrastructure improvements that will reduce flood risk in the system. Identify areas and extent of urban flood risk. Evaluate the existing level of service (capacity) of the drainage infrastructure network to understand deficiencies in the existing system. Identify high level infrastructure improvements that will reduce flood risk in the system. Create a digital masterplan for internal and public use. Stay within a 1-year timeframe for final deliverables.

Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) is seeking qualified, licensed General Contractors to perform rehabilitation and repair services across multiple residential units and properties.

The City of Wheat Ridge is requesting statements of interest regarding the redevelopment and/or reuse of two vacant public elementary school properties: Kullerstrand Elementary School located at 12225 W 38th Avenue Wilmore Davis Elementary School located at 7975 W 41st Avenue The schools are currently owned by Jefferson County (Jeffco) Public Schools and were closed in May 2023. Through joint use agreements, the city utilizes portions of each property for parks and recreation purposes and is seeking to maintain that use in a long-term capacity, but the city is not positioned to utilize the entire property nor to repurpose the school buildings. The city is seeking a partner to redevelop or reuse the portions of each property that contain the school buildings. In partnership with the selected respondent(s), the city will present a reuse proposal to Jefferson County Public Schools. This request is intended to provide the opportunity for interested developers or entities to demonstrate their interest and capability. Respondents may submit for one or both school properties.

The 2,800 s.f. CTIO office will be divided into two areas: a walled office area and huddle room at the back of the building, and an open office area with space for 15 desks. The open office area will be elevated on a tiered, raised floor system, with stairs and a ramp. To demise the 2,800 space, it is required to build a full height wall floor to bottom of structure. The new space shall be updated architecturally, mechanically and electrically to provide the environment, the power, data, lighting and finishes required, and as shown on the architectural and engineering drawings. One new mechanical roof top unit is required for this project; this new unit will sit on an existing curb and utilize the existing openings for supply and return. New structural members may be needed to support this new unit. New duct distribution will be needed throughout the new space. New electric power will be needed for this remodel, see the architectural drawings for the extent of the upgrade. The open office has a screen wall with multiple screens as shown on the electrical drawings, Structural backing in the wall will be necessary for mounting. The new space to receive new suspended acoustical ceiling panels and grid. This building and the adjoining building facility need to remain functional during construction. Street parking will be the only parking available for contractor and sub-contractor vehicles. Parking will be on the street opposite the building.

The City of Golden owns and operates a wide range of public infrastructure and facilities that require electrical services, including municipal buildings (such as City Hall, maintenance shops, and community centers), parks and recreational facilities, pedestrian crossings and utility-related assets. Electrical work may also be needed for irrigation control systems, EV charging stations, solar installations, backup generators, communications equipment, and lighting for parking lots, trails, and athletic fields. Additionally, the City maintains electrical components associated with water and wastewater infrastructure, wayfinding and safety signage, and seasonal or special event installations. These diverse assets require ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the community.

561730 - Landscaping Services. The primary objective of landscaping and grounds maintenance at National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) is to preserve and maintain its campus open space areas to minimize the negative impacts on the environment and maximize the efficient use of resources to enhance the native and naturalized vegetation communities and wildlife habitat.
