The Scope of Work of this Contract consists of repairing pre-cast concrete panels, cast-in-place concrete columns, and grout packs at bearing points of cast-in-place columns as well as installing new corner guards and flashings on the pre-cast concrete panels for two adjoined buildings at the Transfort Maintenance Facility located at 6570 Portner Rd in Fort Collins, CO 80525
