The City of Aspen is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to clean and apply a penetrating silane/siloxane sealer to the concrete driving and parking surfaces within the Rio Grande Parking Garage located in Aspen, Colorado. The intent of this project is to protect the concrete decks from moisture intrusion, chloride penetration, freeze-thaw damage, and deterioration associated with salts and vehicular traffic. The garage consists of four parking levels: Level 2 Level 1 Basement Level B1 Basement Level B2 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. This project must take place during the Fall off-season which is from early October to the Middle of November.

The project will include but is not limited to: Construction services for one of the City of Aspens 505 Housing residences located at 19 W. Water Place, Aspen, CO 81611. 19 W. Water Place is a two-level residence with a finished basement within the City of Aspens 505 Housing inventory, originally constructed in 1998. The residence encompasses approximately 2,400 square feet. The purpose of this renovation is to update interior finishes, including paint, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs, showers, faucets, and toilets. The selected general contractor will also be responsible for installing a new heat pump, air handler coil and ERV.

The Town of Basalt is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to construct a new boat ramp at Duroux Park.The Project includes the regrading of the existing boat ramp area, installation of a new concrete boat ramp,providing adequate scour protection, and installing boat tie offs as depicted in the attached drawings.

The goal of this project is to install a rapid flash beacon, add new crosswalk markings, and improve sidewalk accessibility to increase safety and convenience for people using the bus stop at Cemetery Lane and Snowbunny/Silverking. The project will install a new concrete pedestrian area, install rapid flash beacon crossing signs, and do other associated concrete and drainage work to improve the ability for pedestrians to utilize the bus stop

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional construction services from qualified firms or teams for the following: Base Bid Demolition of existing siding and gypsum board followed by the installation of a new adhered weather barrier and smooth Hardie Plank lap siding. Add Alternate Demolition of existing siding, gypsum board and windows followed by the installation of a new adhered weather barrier, 1 of rigid insulation, smooth Hardie Plank lap siding, and new windows.
