The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (District) is requesting written Proposal from qualified wastewater engineering consulting firms to provide design services for increased capacity, maintenance and upgrade items at the Districts wastewater treatment facility. The District sees value in completing the design of these projects at one time instead of completing them as several independent projects. Proposal should include engineering, design, bid schedule, opinion of probable costs and construction administration services as more fully described in Section 3.0 Scope of Services. The District will be utilizing a CMAR delivery method and will solicit for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services once design is approximately 30 percent complete.

Pueblo Water is seeking bids for eight (8) new store front windows including installation services for all windows. Pueblo Water is seeking to enter into an Installation Service Agreement Contract for the specified bill of services and material stated in this ITB (invitation to bid). The service provider agrees to install 8 store front windows at McCabe pump station, located at 1 Reservoir Dr. Pueblo, CO 81004. The price quoted for these services must be inclusive of all costs associated for qualified service technicians to complete the on-site services requested including travel, tools, and miscellaneous items not specifically listed, i.e., trim, anchors, caulking, etc. Demolition and removal of existing windows will be excluded from this service agreement and will be completed by Pueblo Water personnel

The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of Tank 140, a 3.3-million-gallon (MG) AWWA D110 prestressed concrete potable water storage tank, for the Pueblo West Metropolitan District. Work includes site preparation; excavation and grading; construction of the tank foundation system; and complete construction of the prestressed concrete tank, including floor slab, core wall, circumferential prestressing system, exterior shotcrete, and roof structure. The Work further includes all tank appurtenances, interior liner system, and coatings suitable for potable water service. The Contractor shall provide and install all associated piping, valves, fittings, and connections, including inlet, outlet, overflow, drain piping, and tie-ins to the existing distribution system. Electrical and instrumentation work includes power service, lighting, level measurement, and integration with the Districts SCADA system. Site improvements include access roads, fencing, gates, drainage facilities, and final grading and restoration. The Work also includes testing and commissioning, including hydrostatic testing, disinfection in accordance with AWWA standards, and functional system verification. All Work shall comply with AWWA D110, CDPHE requirements, and all applicable codes and regulations, and shall include all submittals, permits, and documentation necessary for a complete and operational facility acceptable to the District.

Pueblo School District 60 is seeking competitive proposals for the design, engineering, purchase, delivery, and installation of a full roof replacement.

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (District) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for the construction of three (3) new generator installations. Each one is a separate project and will require a separate Bid Schedule to be submitted. The three (3) project locations are Wastewater Lift Station #1, Wastewater Lift Station #2 and the River Pump Station near the damn of Lake Pueblo. The Project will be awarded based on the total of all three (3) Bid Schedules together (Refer to the enclosed Bid Form). Scope of Work shall include all labor, materials, grading, travel, fuel, equipment etc. necessary for the complete construction of the items described and specified in the plans and specifications. It also includes placing complete and operable systems into operation as specified and shown. Accessories required for proper operation of the systems, even though not specifically indicated, shall be included and installed. Project WA 2607 Generator Addition - River Pump Station This Project consists of the installation of new concrete pads for the installation of a new transfer switch and a new 550KW stand-by generator, CAT Model #C18 GCAM. The existing stand-by generator is to remain and is currently connected to provide back-up power the VFD and for Pump 4. The new generator will provide backup power for the VFD and Pump 5. The existing fence will need to be removed and replaced to enclose the new generator. Project WW 2602 Generator Replacement Wastewater Lift Station #1 This Project consists of the installation of a new concrete pad for the installation of a new 650KW (Programmed to 400KW) stand-by generator, CAT Model #C18 PGAM. The existing stand-by generator is to be removed and relocated to the PWMD facility located at 300 N. McCulloch Boulevard. The existing fence will need to be removed and replaced to enclose the new generator. New bollards are to be installed as shown on the plan to provide protection from vehicle traffic in and around the area. Project WW 2603 Generator Replacement Wastewater Lift Station #2 This Project consists of the installation of a new concrete pad for the installation of a new 650KW (Programmed to 400KW) stand-by generator, CAT Model #C18 PGAM. The existing stand-by generator is to be removed and placed on a trailer, to be provided by PWMD Facilities, at the site of the project. The existing fence will need to be removed and replaced to enclose the new generator. New bollards are to be installed as shown on the plan to provide protection from vehicle traffic in and around the area

The City of Pueblo is seeking a qualified Signage Contractor to design, fabricate/purchase and install interior signs (room identification signs, employee only signs and directional wayfinding signs) and exterior signs (building identification window signage and regulatory signs).

This project shall include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for the removal and replacement of a 782 sq. yd. concrete driveway at Pueblo West

Metropolitan Districts Fire Station #3, on the propertys South side. The scope of the project shall include the removal 782 sq. yds. of existing concrete, removal of existing subgrade, scarifying the remaining subgrade to a depth of 12, moisture conditioning and recompacting to a minimum 95% of a standard Proctor. The project shall then include placing 782 sq. yds. of Class 6 aggregate base course, 6 thick, moisture conditioning & compacting to a minimum 95% of a standard Proctor and placement and finishing of a concrete driveway, 7 thick. Concrete shall meet a minimum compressive strength of at least 4,500 psi. (Class D/P) to include a fiber mesh additive. The project shall also include an access apron (7 thick), with #4 rebar placed on 18 centers, each way and supported by either plastic or galvanized steel chairs. The apron, as measured from the edge of the asphalt roadway, shall extend from said roadway edge, 18, to the property line along the frontage. All control joints shall be tooled or sawcut (please see exhibit). All necessary traffic control shall be provided by the Contractor. All dimensions and scope of work shall be verified by contractors prior to the submission of bids

The existing shade structure is located within the the Lake Minnequa Veterans Park. The intent of this project is to supply electrical service at the shade structure for future music concerts and other community special events.

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system, two (2) air handling

units (MAU), and the provision of all necessary bypass pumping at the Districts Wastewater Treatment Facility. Work includes demolition and proper disposal of existing UV and HVAC equipment; furnishing and installing a complete new UV disinfection system and two (2) AHUs; providing temporary bypass pumping to maintain continuous treatment operations; completing all required mechanical, electrical, structural, and control modifications; integrating new equipment with existing SCADA and HVAC systems; and performing all testing, startup, training, and documentation required to deliver fully operational systems.
