Description
Rio Blanco County (the County or Owner) is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform stabilization work in the drainage channel and construct a new sedimentation pond at the 2026 Old Meeker Landfill EWP Project (the Project). The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the IFB) is to have a Contractor (the Bidder) submit a written response (the Bid) to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services.
