Description

The intent of this bid is to retain a contractor on an as-needed basis to perform general removal and replacement of damaged asphalt infrastructure, including, but not limited to, full depth, infrared, overlay patching, and other projects as needed or necessary at various locations throughout the Town. The Town intends to issue to the successful bidder an on-going maintenance Agreement for Services, along with emergency repairs as needed, for 2026, with the option to extend the Agreement for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent of both parties. All work considered an emergency repair shall be completed within an agreed upon time period of notification.
