Preconstruction Services and; pending voter approval of a November 2026 ballot measure and agreed upon GMP, Construction Services to include but not limited to procurement, permitting, construction, testing and start-up of a building addition consisting of approximately 20,000 square feet and renovation of approximately 20,000 square feet to the existing Erie Community Center building located at 450 Powers Street, Erie, CO 80516.
