Description
The City of Greeley is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms for performance of a Conditions (Blight) Study for a proposed West Greeley Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District. The purpose of the study is to determine whether the area meets the statutory factors for a blighted area under applicable Colorado urban renewal law, and to provide the factual basis necessary for consideration by the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority (GURA).
The selected consultant will conduct an objective, defensible, and well-documented analysis of existing conditions within the study area and prepare a final report suitable for public review and use in support of urban renewal planning and decision-making
