The Connecticut DOT is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Hartford Line Construction of Windsor Locks Railroad Station in the Town of Windsor Locks. Required prequalification work classification is 25B Vertical Construction. DBE goal is 10%. Buy American Certificate of Compliance required.
