Description
As a part of the City’s continual effort to beautify and maintain City facilities and to continue to make the City of Lauderhill a safe and desirable place to live, the City of Lauderhill is seeking to assemble a list of qualified licensed commercial service providers to provide commercial pressure cleaning services on an as needed basis to City facilities, sidewalks, curbs and hard surfaces. The selected Contractors will be placed on a Contractor Roster. Roster eligibility is for THREE (3) years from the date of award. The City reserves the right to renew eligibility for TWO (2) additional ONE (1) year periods based on the Contractor’s acceptable level of performance.
