Description
Carl Sandburg College seeks qualified contractors for facility improvement work at the Carthage campus. The project will address flooring repairs to improve safety, accessibility, and functionality while maintaining consistency with college standards. FLOORING IMPROVEMENTS Hallway Floor Repair: Inspect and repair existing sub-floor areas to ensure level and stable surfaces prior to new flooring installation. Flooring Replacement: Remove and dispose of existing flooring materials in repaired area. Install new commercial-grade flooring with proper adhesives, transition strips, and base molding in the repaired area. Material Standards: Flooring must be slip-resistant, easy to clean, and suitable for high-traffic educational environments.
