Milling and Resurfacing, Storm Sewer Replacement, Bridge Repairs and Guardrail Upgrades on IL 99 from south of Versailles northern city limits to Mckee Drainage Ditch, Springfield, IL
The proposed improvement includes two sections of standard overlay and a designed overlay. The project begins milling 1.5 to remove the existing surface lift; followed by 1.25 HMA binder and 1.5 HMA surface course. It continues with the second section of standard overlay (milling 2.75 to remove the existing surface lift; followed by 1.25 HMA binder and 1.5 HMA surface course). The designed overlay consists of milling 1.5 to remove the existing surface lift followed by 2.25 HMA binder and 1.5 HMA surface course. Other miscellaneous improvements consist of parking resurfacing, storm sewer replacement, bridge repair, concrete gutter and outlet replacement, aggregate wedge shoulders, guardrail replacement, incidental HMA surfacing of entrances and sideroads, and pavement markings. Location: The project is located on IL 99 from south of Versailles NCL to Mckee Drainage Ditch, 0.1 miles north of IL104.
