Resurfacing Parking Areas - Improvements at Eldon State Recreational Area, springfield
The proposed improvement consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to reconstruct and improve the sailboat and vehicular parking lots within the Carlyle Sailing Association complex. The proposed improvements consist of HMA surface removal, HMA resurfacing, pavement removal for concrete parking lot reconstruction, culvert and inlet replacements, sea-wall outlet modifications and repair, removal and installation of boat tie-down anchors, pavement markings, signage, and all other work according to the plans and these specifications. Location: This project is located within Eldon Hazlet State Recreation Area at the Carlye Sailing Association, located 7 miles north of Carlyle City in Clinton County, Illinois.
