Description
The purpose of this exploration and analysis was to determine the various soil profile components, the engineering characteristics of the materials and to provide criteria for use by the design engineers in preparing the project plans and specifications. The scope of this exploration included a geological reconnaissance of the site, a review of previous soil investigations in the area, subsurface exploration, soil testing, laboratory testing and an engineering analysis and evaluation of the materials encountered.
