Description
This municipal project involves comprehensive rehabilitation of various streets and alleys in Blue Island, Illinois. The work includes full-depth removal of hotmix asphalt (HMA) surface, placement of new HMA surface and binder courses, base preparation/repair, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, pavement patching, structural adjustments, and parkway restoration, together with all associated collateral tasks. Scope covers multiple streets (120th St, 120th Pl, Gruenwald St, Orchard St) and numerous alleys. Required services include demolition, resurfacing, concrete work, drainage adjustments, and final finish work to meet city standards.
