Description
This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to replace the existing motor control center (MCC) at the Villages Deerfield Road Pump Station, located at 1199 Deerfield Road. This work shall consist of the following: Removal and replacement of the existing MCC. Removal and replacement of existing generator muffler. Rerouting the generator exhaust piping through the roof. Installation of new exhaust fans and heated make-up air unit. Natural gas service. Installation of new panelboards and ground mounted transformer. Consolidation of existing SCADA system components into a new control cabinet. Removal and replacement of underground flow sensor. Interior lighting and plumbing improvements.
