Description
Replace 100% of the interior sewer line from the main stack to the exterior house stub. All work shall comply with the Illinois Plumbing Code and Village of Park Forest codes. The full interior replacement scope includes: Saw cutting concrete floor as required to expose existing piping Excavation and removal of all existing interior sewer piping Installation of new code-compliant Schedule 40 PVC or ABS DWV sewer piping Connection to the existing main stack Bedding, backfill, and compaction Concrete floor patching to original grade and finish: minimum 4 thickness, minimum 3,500 PSI compressive strength, broom finish consistent with existing floor surface. Branch Drain Inspection, 1 1/2" Water Service Installation, Interior Service Valve, and Restoration.
