Description
The work for the two properties includes but is not limited to exterior improvements of all facades including the new enclosed main and rear entrances, new parking lot, walkways, patio, fencing and landscape. Interior alterations include new electrical HVAC systems, new electrical service and distribution, and new plumbing systems and fixtures. New interior finishes include new studs, drywall, paint, flooring, doors and hardware, kitchen layout, casework, and lighting. Each unit will have its own mechanical room. Roofing improvements per new MEP. All appliances will be furnished and installed by the CHA.
