Description
The contractor shall complete the following: 1. Main Fence Installation Site: a. Install approximately 227 LF fence in the rear of the Recreation Center b. Demo and replace a 7 section of fence, including a 4 wide gate c. Backfill existing post holes with compacted earth. d. Auger 18 diameter holes 42 deep for new fence posts. e. Dispose of any existing fencing and footings off site. 2. Alternate 1 Installation of 19 Fence a. Install approximately 19 LF fence b. Backfill existing post holes with compacted earth. c. Auger 18 diameter holes 42 deep for new fence posts. d. Dispose of any existing fencing and footings off site. 3. Alternate 2 Replacement of Existing Fence and Refuse Enclosure: a. Demo and replace existing fence and refuse enclosure b. Replace existing enclosure openings, the front should remain consistent with the current size. Install two new 4 double doors in back of the enclosure c. Backfill existing post holes with compacted earth. d. Auger 18 diameter holes 42 deep for new fence posts. e. Dispose of any existing fencing and footings off site. This area includes a small section of 8 fencing, the enclosure is ~18 x 15 with two existing enclosure doors. The back of the enclosure includes a single door measuring at ~6, the front access includes double doors measuring at ~7.5 each. Images of the enclosure are included at the end of this RFB.
