The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the completion of HMA pavement patching, storm sewer cleaning, bridge deck repairs, superstructure repairs, substructure repairs, lighting, and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work in accordance with the plans, Standard Specifications, and these special provisions. This project is located on IL-53/I-290 in the Elk Grove Township and City of Schaumburg, Cook County, from south I-90 interchange to IL 72 (Higgins Rd).

Work will consist of removing the asphalt surface course, constructing an asphalt leveling binder and surface course as well as constructing asphalt patches; repairing segments of combination curb and gutter; repairing minor drainage structure deficiencies; installing pavement marking and providing traffic control and protection as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein. The work will be performed on Skokie Boulevard from southern of Village limits to Lake-Cook Road within the Village of Northbrook, Cook County, Illinois. The net length is 8,885 feet (1.682 Miles) and the gross project length is 9,130 feet (1.729 Miles).

The work consists of hot-mix asphalt surface removal, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt surface course and polymerized leveling binder, pavement patching, spot sidewalk replacement, spot curb and gutter replacement, pavement marking installation, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and as described herein. This project is located along Lexington Drive, from McHenry Road (IL-83) to the south of Lake Cook Road. The gross length of improvements is 2,545 feet (0.48 miles). The project is located within the Village of Wheeling, Cook County, Illinois.

The work consists of installation of pedestrian lighting along the Illinois Prairie Path within the Village of Maywood. The project would also provide Enhanced Pedestrian Crossings of Roadways, Pathway Signage consistent with the Prairie Path regional theme; Benches, and Tree Removal and Planting, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to construct the project as shown on the plans and described therin.

The work consists of the reconstruction of the existing 8-ft trail with a 10-ft hot-mix asphalt trail on a new alignment, the reconstruction of connector paths as shown in the plans, and the installation of a new 8-ft connector path along the east side of Harold L. Richards High School, along with installation of new light poles, a segmental concrete block wall, drainage improvements, sidewalk, driveway reconstruction, and other items necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described herein.

(2.95-Mile) Roadway Reconstruction and widening with hot-mix asphalt pavement, resurfacing, multicell box culverts, pipe culverts, storm sewer systems, ditch grading, curb and gutter, pavement markings, landscaping, guardrail. Located on Main Street is a two-lane roadway located in the Village of Lemont and unincorporated Cook County.

The general scope of work consists of SMART overlay, proposed pavement markings, ADA ramp details at the ramps listed, installing APS push buttons at all signalized intersections listed, and replacement of all loop detectors impacted by the resurfacing. Location: This proposed improvement is located at US 41 (Skokie Blvd)/ IL 50 (Cicero Ave) from Golf Road to Devon Ave is in the Villages of Skokie and Lincolnwood in Cook County, IL.

The project consists of a designed HMA overlay of existing concrete pavement and ADA improvements. The roadway scope of work includes HMA pavement, curb removal and replacement, median removal and replacement, pavement patching, driveway removal and replacement, thermoplastic pavement markings, ADA improvements, and traffic signal/APS improvements. Location: The project is located along IL Route 62 (Algonquin Road) from Radisson Way to Barker Avenue in Rolling Meadows and Schaumburg, Illinois. The gross and net length of the project is 4,957.13 ft (0.939 miles).

The work consists of repairs and temporary shoring to the existing Pershing Road Bridge (SN 016-1423) over Racine Avenue and Norfolk Southern Railroad east and west spurs. Work includes installation of temporary shoring towers, structural steel repair, protective shielding, pavement marking and signing, traffic control and protection, and all incidental work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the Plans and as described herein. Location: The project is located at existing S.N. 016-0396 on Pershing Road (FAP 391) over Racine Avenue and NS Railroad 1.3 miles west of I-94 in the City of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. The gross length is 2,470 feet (0.47 miles) and the net length of the project is 655 feet (0.12 miles).

This work includes mast arm and pole replacement, installation of LED signal heads, installation of accessible pedestrian signals, controller replacement and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein. Location: This project is located in Lake and Cook Counties in District 1.

The scope of this project contract consists of Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) removal, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement removal and replacement, resurfacing with HMA surface course, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, brick paver removal and reinstallation, detector loop replacement, Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) improvements, ADA curb ramps improvements, installation of raised reflective markers, thermoplastic and modified urethane pavement marking placement, and any incidental and collateral work shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer or as described herein. Location: This project will begin 220 ft west of 25th Ave. and goes eastbound on IL-19 ending approximately 270 ft east of North River Rd (just before the Des Plaines River). The project is in the Village of Schiller Park within Cook County with a gross and net length of 4498 ft (0.85 mi).

Rehabilitate Runway 9/27 - Lansing Municipal Airport Lansing, Illinois

This project adds 35 traffic signals into the Central Traffic Management System and 2 traffic signals to an existing closed loop system including installing fiber optic cable, network switches, PTZ Cameras and traffic signal controllers among other equipment to allow for remote access and monitoring capabilities at these locations. The Project is in three different areas of Cook County.

The scope of work for this improvement will include Bridge Deck Overlay, Bridge Joint Replace, bearing and Substructure Repairs of the structure that carries, 131st Street over Metra Railroad

Total Small Business Set-Aside, 238160 - Roofing Contractors. The scope includes removing the existing roof drains, removing the vegetated roof system, and associated construction down to the existing concrete roof deck, perform concrete deck repair, and install a new conventional roof system including but not limited to vapor retarder, roof drains, insulation, roof membrane, and copings.

The work consists of the replacement of the Laramie Avenue Bridge over I-290 and the CTA Blue Line (Existing SN 016-2064/Prop SN 016-2015), including deck widening to provide a Uturn Lane; retaining walls (Prop SN 016-W2545 and SN 016-W2546) to facility future I-290 improvements. Other improvements include pavement resurfacing/reconstruction within the existing roadway footprint, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement (including ADA improvements), various drainage improvements, watermain (including jacking beneath I-290), signing, pavement markings, bridge and underpass lighting, traffic signal modernization. The work also includes replacement storm manhole within CTA right of way 385-ft east of Lavergne Ave. Location: City of Chicago, Cook County, on Laramie Avenue and begins 47 south of Lexington St and extends to Harrison Street. The project has a total gross length of improvement of 710.53 ft. (0.1346 Miles) and a net length of improvement of 710.53 ft. (0.1346 Miles).

The work on this project consists of ditch regrading, culvert replacement, and various other drainage improvements. Location: This project has multiple locations: the first location is at US Route 20 and I-355 northbound on Ramp and IL Route 53 in DuPage County, the second location is along IL Route 72 (Higgins Road) west of Roselle Road in Cook County, the third location is along IL Route 171 from IL Route 83 to Willow Springs Road in Cook County and the fourth location is along US Route 20 west of IL 47 in Kane County.

This project proposes adding 10 traffic signals into the Central Traffic Management System and connecting two existing closed-loop systems together. This project will install fiber optic cable, network switches, PTZ Cameras and traffic signal controllers among other equipment to allow for remote access and monitoring capabilities at these locations. This project will improve traffic progression at these locations and allow for the District 1 network to expand for remote control and access to each traffic signal. Location: The Project is located in four different areas of Cook County. The first location is located along US Route 30 from Olympian Way to Orchard Dr in the Village of Olympia Fields. The second location is located along 25th Avenue from IL Rte 64 (North Ave) to Armitage Ave in the Village of Franklin Park. The third location is located primarily along Grand Ave from Northwest Ave to Wolf Rd with additional intersection located off of Wolf Rd at Diversey Ave located in the City of Northlake. The fourth location is located along IL Rte 43 (Harlem Ave) from 16th St to Cermak Ave and along Oak Park Ave from 16th to 26th St and then along 26th St from Oak Park Ave to Highland Ave located in the City of Berwyn.

The work to be completed under this contract consists of hot-mix asphalt surface removal, pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt shoulders, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, pedestrian curb ramps (ADA) improvements, installation of raised reflective pavement markers, placement of thermoplastic pavement marking and any incidental and collateral work shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer, or as described herein. Location: This project begins at a point on the centerline of Loomis Avenue (SBI 52) from 150th Street and extends in a northernly direction to Thornton Road/Vincennes Road. The project is located within the City of Harvey in Cook County and has a gross length of 5,764 feet (1.09 miles) and a net length of 5,662 feet (1.07 miles).
