Leander Construction, prequalified bidder is seeking DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE subcontractors for the following trades: Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Atwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. The Project Includes The Following Work: Division A: Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements The Projects Generally Consist Of Rehabilitation, Upgrades, And General Improvements At The Existing Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Project Involves Installation Of A New Influent Fine Screen, Upgrades To The Plants Aeration System Including Blowers And Air Piping. A New Storage Shed Will Be Constructed Near The Existing Plant Building To House The New Blowers. Other Miscellaneous Work Includes But Not Limited To, Construction Of A Concrete Pad For The Influent Screen, And Construction Of A Concrete Walkway. This Work Shall Include All Labor, Supervision, Materials, Supplies, Transportation, Equipment, And Services Necessary And Required To Perform The Project As Set Forth In The Contract Documents. Division B: Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation The Project Involves Sewer Lining By Curing In Place Pipe (Cipp) Lining. The Bid For The Cipp Trunk Sewer Lining Encompasses But Not Limited To Approximately 3,370 Lf Of 10-12" Sanitary Sewers, Mobilization, Demobilization, Cleaning, Televising, Bypass Pumping, Traffic Control, Point Repairs, Surface Restoration, And Incidentals.
