Work includes demolition of the freestanding Garage and south wing of the Retreat Building; stabilization of remaining structure; masonry restoration; window, door, and slate roof repairs; new collections storage/workroom space; HVAC/DOAS, BAS, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, life safety, lightning protection, and related site improvements.
