The existing facility, located at 338 N. Iowa in Villa Park, was originally constructed as a school in 1963. It was later repurposed as a recreation center for the Village of Villa Park, serving in that capacity until 2025. Following the Villages relocation, the building underwent minor renovations to accommodate its current use as a temporary fire station. As the facility was not originally designed for long-term fire service operations, it presents several limitations related to layout, building systems, and code compliance. The Village seeks to: Evaluate the current condition and overall suitability of the existing structure Identify both current and future operational needs Determine whether renovation, expansion, or a combination of both represents the most effective solution Develop a design that aligns with modern fire station standards, supports current operations, and allows for potential future expansion

To establish a one-year contract for hydrants, hydrant parts, repair sleeves, copper tubing, brass valves, and related materials for the Village of Addison's Water Department. The following specifications describe these requirements. All of the items listed will be purchased on an as needed basis in undetermined quantities. Contract prices shall be firm for a one-year period.

This project is part of the City's annual street maintenance program. The 2026 Street Pavement Resurfacing - Local is one of the two annual construction contracts which rehabiliates existing streets reaching the end of their service life. Methods include pavement milling, asphalt infill, curb removal and replacement, and pavment replacement as warranted. The 2026 season project also includes the replacement of two culverts under Naper Blvd with PVC pipes and pre-cast headwalls.

This rehabilitation project consists of replacement and abandonment of existing water main and appurtenances, road patching and resurfacing, removal and disposal of unsuitable material, driveway removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, installation of ADA compliant detectable warnings and ramps, installation of storm sewer and underdrain, miscellaneous structure adjustments, reconstruction or replacement of utility structures, tree preservation, installation of new parkway trees, and the restoration along the affected portions of work limits, as directed.

The proposed construction includes approximately 1,180 linear feet of storm sewer lining, ranging from 8 inches to 15 inches in diameter, as well as alternate work consisting of up to approximately 6,620 linear feet of storm sewer lining, ranging from 12 inches to 30 inches in diameter and other miscellaneous items of work.

Prevent spillage of snow and slush along haul routes and clean up spills at no additional cost.
