Replacement of SN 023-0014 with SN 023-0036 over the D&EI Railroad 0.3 miles west of the D&EI Railroad to 0.1 miles east of North 1800th St east of Paris, Springfield, IL
The intent of the project is to replace the existing structure S.N. 023-0014 with S.N. 023-0036 at D&EI railroad 0.2 miles west of N 1800th St east of Paris and raise the grade of the bridge, which requires roadway profile change on the eastern and western approaches. This work shall be completed utilizing lane closures in accordance with the applicable Highway Standards. Appropriate measures shall be taken by the Contractor to preserve and protect the surrounding environment.
