Description
Pricing shall include all costs for the site preparation, materials, installation, and delivery to Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, IL. No additional fees, fuel surcharges, or unloading fees shall be paid by the College. o Deliveries must be coordinated with the Athletics Department. Materials must be dumped in a designated area as directed by College staff. o All 650 tons must be delivered and on-site no later than July 31, 2026. o This project is subject to the standard BEP utilization goal. Bidders must include certified diverse vendors or submit a waiver request with their utilization plan. SURE-HOP INFIELD MIX SPECIFICATIONS: Amount: o 650 Tons. Brand Requirement: o Classic SureHop Infield Mix. Gradation o 3/16 Minus Screening. Material must be 100% free of large stones and organic debris. Composition o Professional blend of approximately 70-80% sand and 20-30% silt/clay specifically designed for collegiate-level infield playability, providing high-density compaction while remaining loose enough on the surface for sliding and ball hop consistency. Color: o Natural Tan/Gold.
