Description
Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center requires removal and replacement of existing roof system on two buildings. Phase One Gymnasium roof to be complete by 7/30/26. Phase Two - roof and gutters on a Modular Building with target date of completion 10/30/26. Existing roof will be replaced with additional insulation, if required (R-30 Standard), 1/2" SecuRock gypsum fiber cover board, and fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof, finished to ensure a complete functional roof system.
