The project includes hot-mix asphalt surface removal, hot-mix asphalt binder course, hot-mix asphalt surface course, hot-mix asphalt shoulders, sidewalk construction, aggregate shoulders, pavement markings, raised reflective pavement markers, and other related collateral work necessary to complete the project in the plans and as described herein. Location: The project is located on Illinois Route 89 (FAP 698) from the Putnam County line to just North of the Illinois Route 17 intersection in Marshall County.

The proposed improvements at the Woodford SFWA consist of the excavation and reconstruction at sinkhole locations in the SFWA, the reconstruction of the SFWA roads and parking lots with a Bituminous Surface Treatment with Fog Seal surface, and all other necessary work to complete the project as noted in the plans. The proposed improvements at the Marshall SFWA consist of the placement of a Bituminous Surface Treatment with Fog Seal surface on the parking lot and camp road, and all other necessary work to complete the project as noted in the plans. Location: The project limits are within the Woodford SFWA, located at R.R. 1, Low Point, IL in Woodford County, and the Marshall SFWA, located at 236 State Rt. 26, Lacon, IL in Marshall County.
