Cape Seal Resurfacing with an A-1 Bituminous Surface Treatment on CH 4 and CH 13, Springfield, IL
This contract shall consist of cape seal resurfacing and A-1 bituminous surface treatment of shoulders of County Highway 4 and County Highway 13 (FAS 461) from Mason St. to the north city limit of Forest City beginning at the Tazewell County line and extending 5.109 miles southwest to 885 feet north of Broadway Street in the Village of Forest City furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials necessary. Also included is pavement marking and related work. Location: Mason St. to the north city limit of Forest City
