Description
The scope of this project is Ackman Road from Lakewood Road to Golf Course Road. The project will fill in the gaps of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure along this section of the corridor and address the turning conflicts and capacity concerns at the intersections of Lakewood Road, Red Tail Drive, Swanson Road, and Huntley Road. Golf Course Road improvements beyond pedestrian and bicycle improvements will be omitted from this project. The Village of Lake in the Hills, the Village of Lakewood and the City of Crystal Lake are within the limits of the project.
