The draft schematic diagram represents the current stage of design development; minor changes should be anticipated. Construction Phase. Upon execution of a written Task Order and Notice to Proceed (NTP), the Contractor shall manage and execute the physical work, including but not limited to: 1. Providing on-site supervision as needed. 2. Providing dust and safety barriers as necessary to keep the occupants and visitors safe and building clean. 3. Managing specialty subcontractors (if any) under an open-book policy. 4. Maintaining strict site safety and clean-up.
